However, there were some issues like the room not being ready upon arrival at 3 o'clock, offering no compensation for the inconvenience, and the mini-bar containing used items from previous guests even after multiple notifications. The bathroom had a dirty towel, and the initial musty smell was off-putting. The reception was unorganized, and the key card malfunctioned, locking us out of the room.

On the bright side, we appreciated the late checkout and the convenience of a golf buggy drop-off at our room, especially welcomed after arriving in a storm. The location was beautiful, with lush green surroundings and easy access to Sanctuary Cove shops. However, it was a bit of a walk from our car and not the easiest to find.
